More fun than nailing Chris Carter to a cross for Easter
Let’s face it, when it comes to summarising the shenanigans that go on within the village of Ambridge, Nancy Banks-Smith’s column in the Guardian is unbeatable. But as distant seconds go, Dum Tee Dum isn’t doing too badly. As light-hearted and mocking as only true fans could create, the podcast is a mixture of recaps of the week and speculation as to what is to come. It’s all kept fairly light-hearted and optimistic, even when contributors aren’t too happy about the latest plot developments. Which is as it should be. If you’re a listener to The Archers, there is really no reason why you shouldn’t be listening to Dum Tee Dum.

A hilarious and totally irreverent look at the week's events in Ambridge and THE most important soap (surely it's real life though?) Lucy and Roifield are brilliant hosts- thanks Roifield for posting the link to the podcast on Facebook!Read full review »

I love this podcast - apart from the hilarious weekly roundup of current plots, it's got listeners' comments, speculation about future storylines, and general Archers-related larking about. If you are a lover of all things Ambridge-related - as I am - this is a must-listen.Read full review »
