Barbora is an eCommerce business in Lithuania that delivers groceries to your doorstep. For quite a while, it was interesting to me how in such a company, a data team is operating. Labai didelė įmonių grupė. Dariusi savo IPO biržoje ir su tuo daug įdomių straipsnių susijusių matėme ir dar karts nuo karto matome. Žinant įmonės mąstą, labai smalsu išgirsti kaip tokioje įmonėje sudėliotos duomenų komandos, jų atsakomybės ir darbo principai. Iš tikrųjų prieš pokalbį su Paulium negalvojau, kad tokius įrankius jie naudoja ir tikrai likau maloniai nustebintas. Jei norite išgirsti kas mane nustebino - paklausykite ir jūs.

Dažnai bent mano LinkedIn sraute matau informaciją apie įmones iš šios grupės. Mano žiniomis labai stiprius specialistus turinti įmonė. Žinant, kad rinka yra labiau Jungtinėje Karalystėje, buvo įdomu išgirsti kaip  įmonė atsirado Lietuvoje. Ir tikrai nepamiršom svarbios temos apie  duomenų komandas ir darbo principus. Daug mirgėjo reklamos ir linkedin postų apie Telia Data Hub, kadangi tema sezono apie duomenų komandas, pagalvojau, kad labai į temą išsiaiškinti, kaip komandos formuojamos, darbinami žmonės ir kokie apskritai procesai vyksta tikrai didelėje organizacijoje. Ta proga pasikviečiau Dainą pakalbėti šia tema.

Ar jums kilo klausimas kas yra high performance komanda? Lietuviškai gal verstųsi aukšto našumo komanda, bet nelabai man skamba. Man tas klausimas ypatingai aktualus pasidarė tapus vadovu. Pagvildenom temą labai smagiai su Ernestu, aptarėm dedamasiais ir komponentus.

Daug rinkoje triukšmo vienokią ar kitokią komandos struktūrą rinktis. Šią temą pagvildenau su Grinvydu, kuris dalinosi savo patirtimis ir pamąstymais šia tema.
