Please correct the obvious gender bias in your podcast. For the next couple of years, choose only women to host each episode. You'll be impressed at the creative scholarship.
It's not that women scholars don't exist. It's that the patriarchal systems keep ignoring them in favour of men. That's what you're doing.
This means that interesting ideas can't get through your gender filter. Very bad to continue this bigotry.
