Good work-related mental roughage
I've enjoyed listening to all of these podcasts so far. I'm familiar with some of the topics but was prompted to go back and re-read things like the Netflix culture document with a new angle. Actually, now I think of it, I've taken nuggets from this podcast into my management team meetings, bought some of the books mentioned and discussed ideas with colleagues responsible for propel and culture. This podcast has made an impression on me and helped me in my day to day - cheers! I don't agree with everything the presenter or guests say, but unlike some breathless rah-rah podcasts and books about culture, this one has a lightly critical and questioning approach which is welcome. It gets you thinking - which is the highest praise I can offer and means I'll keep listening.Read full review »

I’ve never listened to an episode of Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat without learning something. And I listen to A LOT of podcasts on work, future of work, culture and EX. I live culture and people. Bruce, you’re doing a great job. Thank you.
