My First Pregnancy - Sciatica, SIJ Dysfunction, SPD

Description
In this episode, I’m sharing my pregnancy story with Arthur. I think it’s beneficial to share our experiences, for ourselves to process what we go through and for others to learn from our experiences. and there’s an onus on sharing our birth stories, which I also think is important, but I don’t often hear people telling the story of their pregnancies, maybe because they’re so long, maybe because we’re encouraged to downplay the struggles of pregnancy.    I can look at my pregnancy in hindsight, having since become qualified in prenatal and postnatal yoga, and understand better what I went through, why those things occurred, and what I could have done differently to make things better. I know some of the challenges I had are common, so I’d love to share my lessons and better prepare you if you’re going through the same thing.
