I love the content and thoughtful host—I just wish the episodes were a bit longer!

This podcast’s tendency to divide episodes into Part 1 and Part 2 is really unfortunate and does a huge disservice to the interviews with really great guests. The episodes are so short anyway; it doesn’t make sense to divide a 30-minute podcast into two episodes, especially when the second part...Read full review »

I wanted to like this podcast, but have been a bit disappointed. Most of the info is good, but there have been a couple of instances of weight biased statements and/or promoting restriction/weight loss by guests on the podcast, opinions that weren’t called into question at all. I know that there...Read full review »

This podcast has introduced me to a lot of new ideas about the causes and manifestations of eating disorder behavior. My only criticism is that I wish there was more information specific to BED, which is by far the most common eating disorder but I understand that research is not as well...Read full review »

I appreciate that you are talking about atypical anorexia as it’s a topic that needs to be discussed much more often, but I’m Concerned with how it’s discussed in this episode. Stigmatizing language was used throughout and there is no mention of the impact of weight stigma or bias. There is also...Read full review »
