I loved how short these episodes were it made it very accessible. I also appreciate how small of steps she proposes. Using her guide I was able to start from nothing and suddenly in an hour I had an exercise program and knew how and when to push myself with new things.

I have only listened to a few episodes so far, but already have learnt so much. I love how Rachel breaks down fitness into small doable steps, so it seems more achievable.
