Lovely podcast. I just turned 40 years old and go to the gym three times a week, but I really want to challenge myself more and build muscle! Appreciate the feminine focus and also the nod to faith. I’m in 12 Step recovery and I know that taking care of my body and being strong is what God wants for me. I will definitely keep listening.

I loved how short these episodes were it made it very accessible. I also appreciate how small of steps she proposes. Using her guide I was able to start from nothing and suddenly in an hour I had an exercise program and knew how and when to push myself with new things.
