What a great resource!!! I have always felt super intimidated by how to burn fat and keep it off. Obviously weight lifting is so important but it always has left me second guessing if I’m doing the right thing. I love learning on this show Rachel is so helpful and real! And if she has that many kids and can do it so can I!! I’m so glad I found this pod!!
