As a mom of 3 little ones and as an RN I truly appreciate this podcast! I appreciate her background as an RD, she gave science and facts behind her reasoning and as a science nerd myself I truly appreciate that! Also, I really love the fact that she is a mom of six kids, so she totally understands the joys and struggles of finding fitness within family life. Thank you for what you do and please keep them coming!

I loved how short these episodes were it made it very accessible. I also appreciate how small of steps she proposes. Using her guide I was able to start from nothing and suddenly in an hour I had an exercise program and knew how and when to push myself with new things.
