One day during work, curiosity got the best of me and I researched Fitness for beginners and came across this podcast. There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am for Rachel.
She had me in the first episode. The way she breaks things down without making you feel dumb makes me feel so much more comfortable walking into a gym. Keeping it like a simple conversation between friends makes this super easy to listen to. Paired with the fact that the podcasts aren’t more than 10 or 15 minutes long makes it really easy to retain information. The attention to detail is exquisite. I loved it so much that I went out and bought a notebook just to take notes on and study because there is so much amazing information.
Finally, the Christian basis is top notch. I myself am Christian and was looking for a podcast that also brought God into it and how it all goes together. This was so awesome; I’m actually going to bring the Romans scripture to my Pastor this week with your insight.
Just when I thought I was at the end of my rope (I’d started seeing a psycho-therapist for help); Rachel swoops in and gives me the motivation and confidence I’d been seeking to really get the ball rolling. Currently on episode 23 and can’t wait to get through the rest of them!
