“I'm a PA for a military unit and I'm expected to manage chronic illnesses as well as acute issues. I find these review extremely helpful for my practice. I hope to eventually migrate to emergency medicine full time and use these podcasts to stay on top of differential diagnoses, labs, rads, and treatment. Dr. Carroll does an excellent job addressing all of these and then summarizes the high points at the end of each podcast. I also like his handouts that he provides on his website.
