Paiges voice is so calming
Every once in a while when I long for a gentle guided meditation and movement I come here and play one of the episodes. I love Paige’s voice - it’s so relaxing and calm! Thank you for doing this, Paige! Even driving this can ease anxiety even if I only listen but can’t move :)
