I don’t know what I expected...
As a museum professional and an art and true crime aficionado I’ve been looking for a good art crimes podcast. I jumped to the Gardner Heist Minutia episode because I’m familiar with the basic facts. I guess minutia was an accurate descriptor for this episode. It made Everests out of molehills and the theories spun into conspiracies that made no logical sense. The tipping point though was when they ended by complaining about the scathing review they got from the Boston Globe. Their attitude left me thinking I might agree with the Globe. I don’t normally leave negative reviews. But this left me so disappointed I’m actually angry.

More reviews of Empty Frames
Love these guys and will listen to anything they create. Missing Maura Murray and Crawlspace are amazing and Empty Frames is right up there with them both.

I always wanted someone to do a podcast about the ISGM art heist and here it is. Excited to see where this heads and what they can uncover along the way.

$500 million worth of artwork gets stolen from a museum and no one knows who did it? I smell a coverup, wouldn't be surprised to find out someone with major political connections was involved in this. Can't wait to get my board and yarn set up to make all these connections.
