It’s hard to find podcasts that provide not only lived experience, but deep scientific and rigorous clinical information. This podcast is the perfect blend of both, both hopeful and useful - and is my go-to resource as a carer of a person with a severe ED. Thank you Millie!

Proceed with caution
Some episodes include great guests and are helpful. Others include very triggering stories of girls who mention unhelpful things. Very disappointed in a recent episode.
