Description
In this episode Millie chats to Annie Flamsteed. Annie is the founder and CEO of Inspiretek a Brisbane based tech company that is passionate about individual’s wellness. Through her own experience as an athlete she launched the Inspire sport mobile app in February 2019 and in 2020 she launched the Growth Studio for administrators and coaches. She is an advocate for holistic wellbeing, putting people above all else - you can’t have a healthy body without a healthy mind. By implementing these core beliefs Inspire is driving positive human behaviour change – creating the game changers of tomorrow.
They discuss her eating disorder journey, the impact that being an elite athlete has on body image and eating habits, how her lived experience inspired her to start Inspiretek and the power of prevention through prediction.
