Sam is responsible for my decrease in inteligence
I saw the trailers for Emily in Paris and knew I’d hate it, but for some reason I was attracted to it. I didn’t watch though, until Sam mentioned it on another podcast. My intrusive thoughts won and I binge watched it. I hate it. I hate Emily. What’s dangerous about Emily is that she seems innocent and nice and prudish but is actually toxic, self centered and someone who doesn’t even fight the temptation to sleep with her friends boyfriend. Anyway this review isn’t about Emily, it’s about the podcast and I could write a dissortation on why everything about Emily is wrong. Bec and Sam have taken the good criticism from other reviews and made the podcast more informative AS WELL as continued to highlight the inconsistencies, problematic themes and I love Sam and Bec’s chemistry. I just want to encourage you both, I noticed how much time Bec spent on the 6th episode and while you may not be getting paid yet, IT WILL COME! Keep doing what you’re doing. We appreciate you guys!

I don't even watch the show; you guys are just hysterical. Also, can we all agree that Emily is a red-flag name? Thanks for helping me get through my commutes! -MK ✨Read full review »
