Pretty Great, minus American accent
I am an American. I have been searching for Spanish conversation podcast. I find the Colombian speaker in this one to be fantastic and easy to understand. It is a great one for someone who is pretty familiar with basic to intermediate Spanish. BUT!!!! The American speaker is ruining this podcast. No offense to your vocabulary and grammar of the language. The only issue is your accent. The Spanish pronunciations of the letters and more so the vowels are different than English. And most native speakers will not pick up what you were saying well if you don't say it the right way. The best example is the word "no" in English and Spanish. English extends the "o" sound with an "uu" sound naturally. The Spanish "o" is very short. I hate to rain on the parade. But I've heard too many times that if you don't practice the pronunciation and accent in the beginning it will mess you up later on, and it's harder to correct after saying things the wrong way for a long timeRead full review »

The conversation is real and engaging, I love that they have a variety of topics from grammar to places they’ve been and want to go.
