These guys are clear when it comes to explaining the marmalead tool, and seem to be tech guys who should stick with that topic. Quite honestly they are terrible interviewers. They sit silently for inordinate amounts of time…no structured interview questions that listeners actually want to hear....Read full review »

I’m sure all of this is super helpful information but from the first few episodes to the most recent ones the erratic audio volumes are jarring to say the least and makes it incredibly hard to listen to. One minute I’m listening fine then I get my soul blasted out of my body when your...Read full review »

Also feels too much like a marmalead ad.

The guys have really tightened it up and made all more succinct. Great guest and valuable information. They have our best interest at heart. Listen and learn!

I do enjoy Etsy Jam when I occasionally listen to it, but hearing rustling paper, drawers slamming and other workplace noises in the background is annoying as hell. The October 1 episode about Pinterest is a good one but is driving me crazy with all the distractions!

Please stop all of the background noise. The podcast does not need to be perfect, but getting rid of the crinkling paper, dogs, kids, other noises is the least you can do to make it better. I almost stopped listening to Dahlia’s interview because of all of the noise - perhaps it was on her...Read full review »

This is an amazing awesome podcast for etsy sellers and for seo . Richie and Gordon are the leaders in understanding and finding the best seo for your etsy shop. They make it very clear to understand and this podcast is great to listen to the other experiences of etsy sellers

It's got some good info occasionally but really this entire podcast is a big advertisement for the Marmalead product which isn't nearly as useful as it should be.Read full review »

I am a new Etsy seller so I was super psyched to find this podcast. I listened to the most recent episodes and I really enjoyed the conversation as well as the tips and tricks I was learning. I wanted even more education so I went back to older episodes. Whoa! Listening to old episodes really...Read full review »

I’ve only listened to one so far, but nothing in there that was particularly helpful or insightful. Just a lot of wishful thinking and backstory is all I heard.

There are some reviews on here that talk about background noise and the hosts chatting about nonsense. Those reviews are all about a year old and I think those issues have been resolved because I don’t find a problem in any of those areas. I feel like the show is really full of really useful for...Read full review »

As an Etsy seller and always open to learning how to optimize on this platform, I begrudgingly listen to this podcast because I do find some good value in the information provided. However, the hosts are, ahem TERRIBLE. Long pregnant pauses; inside jokes that likely few listeners understand;...Read full review »

I am new to online selling.. and I guarantee u I would not have made one sale with you guys ( and the background chatter). Keep doing what you’re doing... I look forward to the pod cast every week... I even listen to episodes more than once. Kelley

Love your work! Have learnt so much from listening to these pod casts.

I definitely like the info that I’m getting from this podcast, it just seems like they’re stretching out what could be 15 minutes into 30. There’s too much pausing and going down bunny trails. My time is valuable to me, and typically I prefer podcasts more densely packed with useful content and...Read full review »

Updating my review - Much better lately! I really do appreciate the truly helpful information that you share. Thank you. Some good content for the most part. But they waste so much time. I'm busy and don't want to listen to you guys giggle on about football for 10 minutes. I often...Read full review »

I listen to a lot of podcasts, and the quality of this one is pretty meh. As an etsy seller, I wanted to find a podcast that I could listen to while working in my studio that would provide relevent info. I've listened to a few episodes and the hosts annoy me with their completely irrellevant...Read full review »

Like many other reviewers, I agree that there is some great information here.... but man, you really need to edit out 50% of the chat and off-topic blather. Please tighten it up - I would like to listen, but it is WAY too long for what I get out of it.

This podcast should (and could) be so much better. It's obvious the hosts know their stuff, but listening to them is tantamount to torture. They ramble, they come off as barely prepared for their own content, the production quality is low and they take way too long to get to the point. I get...Read full review »

I want to love this podcast because I could really use help with my Etsy listings and I do feel that there is some good information hidden in this podcast. I like the interviews as they seem to be more concise, but in general way too much time is spent just bantering between these two and it can...Read full review »

I love the Marmalead service but the podcast needs new hosts. Takes too long to get into subject and it's already a short podcast but there is only 3-5 minutes of information. I don't have enough time in my day to wait and search for that information.Read full review »

I'm with the other reviews here. Good content. I listen to podcasts at work when I can't read a blog. But there is a lot of chatter. Which would be ok if it was interesting. But it's not. And there is a lot of background noise. The episode could likely be edited down to half the time...Read full review »

This is the reason I am not fond of podcasts: There is some really good information here, but it's buried in 40 minutes of repetition, blather, laughing at jokes that the listener is not privy to, and dead air as the hosts wait for each other to speak. This is a five minute podcast stretched out...Read full review »

This podcast is incredibly helpful for new Etsy sellers. I usually listen to it in my office (vs in the car) so I can take notes.

This is a fairly new podcast and I really enjoyed it at first. Since it is new there is sometimes an awkward silence by the hosts. It feels as if they are not sure what to say next. Also, the last few episodes have gone on for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in length. Which I would LOVE if it was all...Read full review »

I am really enjoying the content, as an Etsy seller it's very valuable. But there is constant distracting background noise in this podcast. It sounds like there is a beeping computer game, kids talking, espresso being made, dogs growling, and other people in the room(s) with the hosts....Read full review »
