Well that was unexpected
I thought this was the stupidest premise I’d ever heard. The style did intrigue me and I listened to episode 1 on 99PI. I was immediately won over by the depth of the writing (though it sounds unscripted). Turns out a bad idea well executed is still great listening. Somehow these imaginary interviews with inanimate objects somehow feel more real and enlightening than real interview shows. There’s not much in the way of gags or cheap jokes, instead the subjects have fleshed out undeniably human-like personalities complete with introspection, regret, desire, and hope. Surprisingly great, 5/5

I have always had a fondness for inanimate objects, wondering what they would say if they could. Now I know!

This is a great concept and I’m sure the quality hinges heavily on the execution which was amazing. I mean whoever that actor was as the can of cola, hats off. I think we need to hear from the can of soup!
