Gen Xers unite
I really enjoy this podcast. I've often felt that there's a distinct lack of guidance around what it means to move beyond 40--it's as if I dropped off a cliff and have been left to climb my way back alone, with no clear path or idea what to do or who to be. It's comforting to me that Kim and Jenn discuss many of the issues I've been dealing with and thinking about--relevancy, workplace/career beyond the "media cool girl hustle" years, my changing face!!!!, not being a mom and how that does or does not define me--in smart, funny, real conversations that are blissfully free of toxic positivity/fake wellness speak. Also, as someone who was obsessed with Sassy and Lucky, it's just really cool to hear them chat about the magazine days, which I miss!Read full review »
