“Erik is a treasure not to be taken lightly, despite his humble and unassuming attitude. He is the embodiment of the California fusion of seeker, techologist, spiritualist, skeptic, and yes, dude. Yet unlike many in this space (out in space...) he is an intellectually heavyweight who uses words carefully and really digs and pushes the limits of concepts, dogmas, experiences, and possibilities. His honestly makes other "intellectuals" like Sam Harris look like charlatans in comparison and that's truly his gift: it's not about winning, it's about exploring.
