Wonderfully produced and very easy to listen to. I really liked the fiction/nonfiction blend aspect of the writing. I appreciate having something to spur my own thoughts on a topic such as this, which can be so tense to actually discuss with friends and loved ones. I do wish that the ending was...Read full review »

I really love the conversations in this. Very insightful into different perspectives and allows you to come away with your own opinion.

This series posed unique, arresting, evocative, and thought-provoking topics. I thoroughly enjoyed the first few episodes, which conscientiously and respectfully delved into various philosophical and environmental issues. However, the listener becomes made aware towards the end of the series of...Read full review »

This series is truly so special. The storytelling is gripping and poetic, bolstered by immersive sound design and gorgeous original music. The framing is deeply thoughtful, well-researched and reflective. The beautifully interwoven interviews range from personal and familiar, to funny and...Read full review »

Just started, the amount the cousin says "like" makes her hard to listen to 🤦‍♀️Read full review »

I didn’t know what to expect(!), and was drawn in from the beginning to the thoughtful, human, funny, touching approach to asking big questions and raising troubling issues. We follow the narrator through ups and downs, hopefulness and hopelessness, as she figures out her own path. Highly...Read full review »

Gorgeously produced, sensitively told, blending fiction and documentary on a rich topic that is more nuanced than is often discussed. Fantastic listen.

So deeply moving. I loved that all of the climate researchers interviewed were asked about their personal feelings about having children. And including an Indigenous voice to help bring that rooted, ancestral perspective was the needed ending and balm.

I’m not the natural demographic for this exploration - I’m a senior - and yet found each episode to be searingly compelling, like eavesdropping on another generation

This show does a good job of weighing all sides of an important topic while also being candy for the ears. Great discussion, music, and production.

Storytelling at its best; someone letting you into their private interior landscape where — though likely different from your own — you see reflections of yourself, the world around you, and new information to marinate on. The other thing I love about this series is that it articulates why...Read full review »

I am only on episode two, however, this is very well done - exploring the very personal decision on what a family looks like when one is faced with a world where the future is not assured. I look forward to seeing where the series goes and would recommend a follow.

Don’t miss this exquisitely executed and moving deep dive into the complex question of whether to have a child amidst the climate crisis. It gets straight to the heart of what so many of us are grappling with. And the sound design and scoring are a lush accompaniment.
