Health and Adventure
OK - you guys may get old...but *I* will never grow old! Seemed to be quite chatty in terms of who Josie and Ryan are; and their personal experiences; but - honestly - I really didn't gain a whole bunch of new information on staying mobile , and healthy, in my mid-50s.To be fair, there were some interesting references to anti-aging meds, and some new studies mentioned though. Overall, I found this podcast to be more fireside chat than anything else. Always entertaining and a great way topass the morning while drinking my coffee and gazing out over the mountains. Your podcasts also keep me motivated to see what thenext adventure will be...so please keep em coming.Read full review »
