He’s such a jerk to his son
Honestly, I wanted to like this. I started with the episode on Native Americans and the content was fabulous. But so many mean comments to and about his son. I realize it’s hard to raise teenagers, I’ve done it, but I think it’s important to resist the urge to belittle them. Even though they can be self centered, retaliation is not a good example. I continued with the nutrition episode, and about halfway through I had to bail. It’s so unpleasant listening to him diss his boy.

Extra Credit is even better than I had hoped from the description. As a teacher from outside the USA, hearing about the bs you have to put up with in Texas public schools is astonishing. The first few episodes are insightful and hilarious - definitely going to recommend this podcast far and wide.
