“I used to really love this podcast, but over the last year, I have been more and more annoyed by their frequent mention of visitors coming to their new house and traveling with others to another country...where they caught Covid. I’m an RN who has put off traveling even to see my family for over a year now because I’m taking care of COVID patients- this entire podcast is now just a slap in the face to me and other workers who continue to have to treat people that are not following guidelines.
I used to love the destination diaries and travel advice, but the podcast has shifted more to being about the “location independent lifestyle” and their business. It’s a turnoff to those who don’t have that type of lifestyle, and don’t necessarily want it, either.”
