“I was telling my mother about this story / podcast and she relayed a incident that happened to me when I was 5. We were both shopping in Sainsburys supermarket (this was in 1974 ) my mother was getting a basket at the entrance , I was running around playing , and just that split second she turned around and an old man was leading me out the store hand in hand .
She said if she had not turned around at that moment I would of been gone , it happens that quick. I never knew that till now.
This podcast was told so very well and I don’t think I have ever cried so much listening to a podcast as I did this . It’s terribly heartbreaking”
