“Our family shares a love of stories and podcasts, and this one is all of our favourites. Scott is a brilliant writer and orator, and that’s enough to make this an excellent podcast. I want to let you know though, how profoundly touching and beautiful it is to be able to hear stories that so casually contains queer characters. My wife and I have always struggled to find stories where a person’s sexuality or gender is both unassumed, and not the sole reason for a character’s existence. As one of our children also identifies as queer, it is particularly important for him to also see himself in characters, and I’m so glad that he is part of a generation where representation is commonplace. I cannot thank you enough.
