Emotional dysregulation

In the most recent episode of a Taylor’s podcast I really found my heart connecting deeply with some of my own desires/need to be taken care of. It can be hard to always be caring for others. I often feel a battle against a sense that I shouldn’t need to be cared for. Thanks for this, Taylor!
