“Incredible show, truly! Great work on this report and you’re creating the suspense I need to come back weekly. That said, feedback needed. I wish I didn’t have any, but maybe you can improve and top the charts. Your story really is that good.
1. What day of the week is this published? I think Wednesday? You don’t have that in show notes, or otherwise. It’s standard these days and you should make that info readily available.
2. Alas, the big downfall isn’t really the show itself at all. It is the commercial content and it is really awful and it is generally a very commercial heavy podcast. It’s as if they thought, “Oh, we’ll make a show about LA so the commercials must be equally as vapid and loud as the stereotypical LA resident.” The shows commercials feel like incredibly specific, clearly very targeted marketing, and I’m just not that market. Please, don’t get me an on-demand cocktail maker for Mother’s Day.”
