“Understand that most of these 5 star "reviews" are groveling to get into their league. I respect that Ross is a newbie but after one show it's time to move on. Evan and Ross need to get on the same page. It sounds as though they've only talked maybe four times in their lives and two of the times they've been recording.
Even so, I'll keep listening. I think it has promise. I listen to Ross on the Morning Kickoff on SIRIUS. I don't always agree with his opinion but I like that he has one and isn't too PC like some others on that station. I think some fresh eyes with actual football knowledge can work but let's not dwell on that. Some other podcasts have too much chatter and inside jokes and the hosts have their pre-conceived notions and "manifestos" and don't like to stray in hopes that they are right to differentiate themselves amongst the many "experts".
Ultimately I listen to these shows, not as gospel, but for insight into helping form my own opinions. I hope this podcast gets there.”Read full review »
