Fascial distortions can be due to overuse, injury, everyday repetitive mvt or stress, poor circulation and lack of essential minerals and vitamins. Like any other tissue fascia works better if it gets sufficient oxygenated blood supply. Fascia is a connective tissue that keeps the mascular and skeletal systems together. Without fascia we can't have body form.
