“I don't think that the hosts of this podcast treat podcasting as their business. The guests on many of the episodes are people whose experience and opinion I want to hear about. But it's frustrating to try to listen because the hosts (1) do not spend enough time editing the podcast (I don't need to hear when you mess up your own podcast's name/social media handle or when you have a fit of giggles with your cohost, or about what you did during the "commercial break" you built into your podcast) (2) do not give enough time for the guest to speak before interjecting with some non-sequitur comment that adds nothing to the conversation or swearing for no apparent reason (3) tactlessly put in shameless plug for their own business ventures without describing what that venture is about and how it adds to the topic at hand. If you're going to already build in SEVERAL commercial breaks to your podcast, make sure the actual content in the podcast and lean and valuable to the listener.
