Hugely exciting and compelling subject.
Having had a strong interest in nutrition from an early age, and having lived through and experienced many of the ever changing views on what constitutes a healthy diet, I am fascinated by the current research into the relationship between our microbiome and health. Having read Dr Chatterjee’s Four Pillar Plan, I am convinced that through arming ourselves with this knowledge and most importantly, passing it on to future generations, the way in which medical conditions are managed could be revolutionised and the financial and logistical crisis which the NHS is currently experiencing could be averted. If I had a second chance at a career I would love to study progressive medicine but sadly, it’s far too late to train as a GP! As an adult education professional and yoga teacher however, I will take every opportunity I can to pass on this invaluable information, whilst encouraging my students to start to make achievable changes to their diets and lifestyles. As a result of listening to this podcast I will certainly be doing some more reading around this fascinating subject.

Love his book, easy to read and understand but most importantly the steps suggested are easy to incorporate into your life. Enjoy listening to the podcasts, I always come away with a new piece of information/idea to try.
