To anyone who cares about themselves
This podcast taught me : 1. Everyday a miracle happens to you, appreciate it. 2. Life doesn’t owe you anything, don’t take it for granted and be grateful. 3. You don’t need to be born in/ have/ make a lot of money to be the best version of yourself. 4. Love yourself, be kind to everything and everyone. Constantly spread the positive vibes for they will return to you in various ways. 5. Peace matters above all. 6. Sponsor reads can be amazing! 7. Spend at least 10 minutes a day for your mindfulness, you won’t be the same person anymore. 8. Respect everything, even when you don’t feel it, and specially when you don’t understand it. 9. You matter more than you think you do.
