So awkward
I hesitate to not give 5 stars, since I love Dr. David Burns’ books, and the content is really great. Actually anything I have read by him is amazing, and would highly recommend every single one of his books to anyone struggling from depression and anxiety, since my life has benefited profoundly from his work. I do have to admit though that I was quite disappointed after listening to the podcast, and just felt disappointed at how awkward it is. For me it’s just difficult to listen to at times. The audio quality isn’t the greatest, with distracting background noise and long pauses etc. I think the show could use a producer, or better producing and it could be a lot better.
