Awesome info on natural approaches to fertility
I tend to try "natural" or non-western approaches to many health issues, including fertility, but still learned a ton from this podcast. My favorite episodes were the two focusing on the effects on light on the menstrual cycle. So fascinating. I agree with most of the viewpoints in the show, except I am a little turned off by the speakers wanting to detox, detox, detox. I agree phthalates (sp) and BPA and other plastics disrupt the endocrine system, but I also know the body is absolutely incredible at cleansing itself, and I am skeptical of the efficacy of juice fasts and "sweating out" toxins. At any rate, I like Lisa's calm and thoughtful approach, and can listen to one episode after another during my commute. I would like to see a show on the in/accuracy or history of the AMH lab. Bit of a niche topic there ;) keep up the great work. Love this podcast!Read full review »
