Amazing podcast full of raw and real life experiences and stories. And also my favorite is the therapists and psychiatrists that have been on too help us understand mental illness.

I love all Pam has to teach! I have so much to learn as a mother of 7 just entering the teenage years, with lots of boys who all have their own struggles and challenges, I’m beyond grateful for all the time she spends to put these podcast out for us.

Such a great podcast in all things mental illness. Very raw and real, which I so appreciate. So many great interviews with others who have gone through hard things and what’s they’ve learned… and also great interviews with those with so much knowledge in this area.

Packed with tender advice and courageous vulnerability, Pam’s faith and resilience gives encouragement to anyone, most notably to those who are struggling (or love someone who is struggling) with mental health. I can’t wait to hear more.

I was so glad to hear this message. I think we try to solve our kids problems when they really need us to just sit & listen or just sit & know that we love being close to them ❤️ Thank you for sharing this simple message.
