Short and sweet
I listen to this with my kids (ages 15, 12 and 9). They struggle with mental health issues (ADHD, anxiety…) and these brief episodes are short enough to hold their attention and simple enough for them to grasp the concepts. I have enjoyed Dr. Osguthorpe’s writings for many years. I look forward to his excellent insights, book/article recommendations, and helpful perspectives every week. Definitely one of my favorite podcasts! Highly recommended!
