Lost a Long Time Listener
I’ve been a fan of the deep dive content Ken and his co-hosts have brought over the years since about ‘21 when I started listening. Couldn’t get enough of the granular offensive line grading that Ken’s known for, but after a gradual distaste for a lot of his takes in terms of where he sees the organization SHOULD go as opposed to where it’s heading, his constant misconception and association of all fans with the few twitter trolls he interacts with in his narrow world and the patronizing way he addresses fans therein, the subtle yet repeated and apparent cynicism towards Harbaugh especially with his assumed Harbaugh speak translation rants that have just become so off putting and naively utterly disrespectful (we’re well aware of the constraints that go along with the optics of having to be a HC in the NFL and any player that has played for Harbs will be the first to tell you the guy is upfront behind closed doors but will never jeopardize his team to the public), there are many over the years I’ve wanted to point out (he’s repeated a lot of the same tropes and takes ad nauseum) but what’s really got me off this train for good is this assumed voice of authority he takes and the bitterness and resentment apparent in how he discusses the Ravens after moves he doesn't approve of like OBJ and Derrick Henry. And to compare Derrick Henry to Gus Edwards, I’m sorry that, as they say in disillusionment in relationships, is a dealbreaker, ladies. Dude is living in an alternate reality. Also insisting that our team stay cheap on RBs because we’re fine in that dept, is not seeing the Lamar Jackson forest through the trees. So many more examples but I’m just done. Wish you the best and hope your audience grows because we need vibrant Ravens talk. But I can’t take the cynicism and patronizing, it’s overstayed its welcome with me. No hard feelings. Sincerely grateful for the many idle hours of Ravens talk you’ve provided me. But this last weeks Friday morning GM was the last straw to what’s been ever growing stuck in my crawl about the viewpoints in this show. But I’m well aware enough to recognize that says more about me. To each their own. I admire and support those that are making a living out of podcasting so I’ll bump the stars up a bit. But hoo boy this has been a load off my chest. Found myself shouting at this podcast so many times over the years. I’m a huge huge Ravens fan. And I know my assessment may come off that I’m an apologist all things Ravens, I am not. But I can identify when someone with a platform isn’t tempering their ego and cynicism to examine a wider view.Read full review »

Love Ken and Mike. Two of the most insightful guys in the Ravens community. Really lucky to have them. Keep up the great work
