The end of the year provides business owners with a unique opportunity to evaluate their progress toward their goals and reflect on the accomplishments of their teams. It is also the perfect time for RIAs to work through their annual compliance checklists. As you prepare for the coming year, ask yourself, “What worked this year? What didn’t?
