In this episode we chat with Australian champion Ironwoman, passionate coach and mentor Courtney Hancock. Courtney is Australia's greatest all-round ocean female athlete. She has achieved all there is to achieve in surf sports as a champion ironwoman, three-time Coolangatta Gold winner and first person in Australian Surf Sports history to win the triple crown of elite events in the same year. We chat to Courtney about her intense training regime, her approach to nutrition and how she maintains her strong mindset when pushing herself to such extremes.
