Description
In this episode we chat with Australian champion Ironwoman, passionate coach and mentor Courtney Hancock. Courtney is Australia's greatest all-round ocean female athlete. She has achieved all there is to achieve in surf sports as a champion ironwoman, three-time Coolangatta Gold winner and first person in Australian Surf Sports history to win the triple crown of elite events in the same year. We chat to Courtney about her intense training regime, her approach to nutrition and how she maintains her strong mindset when pushing herself to such extremes. Courtney has recently launched a program tailored by her first-hand experience, years of training and knowledge from a professional trainer that will get you across the finish, whether that be the 2020 Coolangatta Gold or your own personal fitness goals. We absolutely loved chatting to Courtney, she is such a hardworking human but also a laid back aussie who doesn't take life too seriously. She is such an amazing role model to young women who are striving to be the best versions of themselves as she helps others unlock their potential to live a better balance and happy life, defined by their own strength.
