“I’m super selective with my podcasts. Even though I’m constantly commuting, I am specific about the content that I want to fill my mind with. These 2 girls give the perfect balance of light-hearted jokes mixed with the ability to sit down and discuss deep topics from a selfless place. What I love about their show is what happens to me after the episode. Even if it’s just for the day, I think about things from a different perspective. Sometimes the thought in my mind lasts a week beyond the episode, or is replaced by the newest episode and the thoughts it has provoked. I listen to podcasts for self-improvement, a changed perspective, and always for a little laugh, and these girls truly serve it.”
