“Hello Ladies!!! I normally listen on Spotify, but it doesn’t allow a review. I wanted to say that i always look forward to your podcast on Tuesdays. I’ve watched Kristee since she started her Masters Degree/Fitness Journey. I think Kristee is great and always encourages me to get up and get at it. I watched her videos a lot during my masters program and working a 9-5 job. She’s so relatable. I love the youtube videos when Sierra is around because i think Sierra is such a ray of sunshine and her positivity is encouraging. I’ve had such a hard time recently with work, school, family, etc. and i like to listen to your podcast because it’s easy to relate to. I always have lemons, but try to make some nice, sweet, lemonade at the end of the day. I wish you too the best of luck as you continue your journey through this podcast.
