The first half seemed irresponsible to have expected the public school system to take accountability for her child exceptional needs. No questions, non-probing. Public service by definition is not structured to meet all the special and social needs. Perhaps if they had fewer children to focus on the tender developmental needs the older one would have been supported. Lulu could have been more critical in the questioning. The system can not work with parents leaving out and having other families fund their kids private school ed.
