When I started training glutes I was happy and started to see progress, but that has since stalled and I haven’t seen progress in over a year. Please give me tips to help! I workout 5 days a week and eat really healthy, recovery is great, what else can I do? (23:45) - Question 2- I actually do have some questions. I am currently training for a marathon and hopefully a triathlon. I still want to build and keep my muscle while I’m training. Is that still possible? I want to get super toned.
