Infact I have been facing similar challenge of slipping gym time due to working hours.. this episode motivated me to pull out rusted dumbbell and push up bars in my backyard. Started with some foam rolling and push up today - not more than 15 minutes. Hope I get back to gym soon till then I will continue to do my regime:
2 sets of push up
10 minutes of foam rolling
& 2 sets of dumbbell press - 10kg each👍🏻
