One of the Good Guys
I first heard Josiah on mindpump and he came across really well so I thought I would checkout his podcast. His pod is now one of the one I listen to first when one comes in on my feed. The podcast contains fitness advice and he does interviews with other fitness people and the occasional Moscow Mule podcast which covers a multiple of things. I understand that part of the podcast is promote his business but the fitness advice he is giving out on the podcast for free is really on point. Listen to episode 95 Getting back to basics if you are starting out on a fat loss journey. Also really enjoyed his interview with Amy Lacey episode 66. All in all he comes across as a genuine guy promoting an achievable and sustainable fitness message, good job keep up the good work.
