Great information for support and motivation
For the upteenth time I’m trying to get the lean ideal weight I have always wanted. This time I’m armed with a nearby gym, Fitbit watch and app and now this podcast. What I find most helpful is that Jordan provides information in a straightforward manner but it is clear that he has been through same ups and downs we are experiencing on the road to life long fitness. I also appreciate the inspirational messages reminding me that there is more to life than just my body. The one minor thing I would change with the way some information is delivered is too be a little less general. For example saying “dieting too long.” It would be nice to know what range of time is being discussed. Usually he does plug that in but it would be nice to hear it a little sooner in the show. Otherwise please keep up the great work!
