I feel proud of myself when I listen to this.
I’m a 13 year old boy who has done a lot of terrible mistakes. Everyday before I go to bed I workout and used to listen to music, but now I listen to this and every time I do push-ups I fell like I can do 5 or 10 more. I’ve been told by my peers and classmates that I can’t do anything and will amount to nothing in life. I used to listen to them as take what they said to heart. I had terrible self esteem and crippling depression. I was over weight and every time I was challenged with something I would start bawling. But now I am in incredible shape, my peers have started to show respect for me, and I am strong. “No wind comes to the sails of those that don’t know what port they are headed to.” -Old sailers saying. You must have a goal and work towards it or you will go nowhere. You will either be at the top or at the bottom. You’re choice.
